In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by Regenevate as the data controller within the scope explained below.
2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your collected personal data may be processed by Regenevate for the following purposes, in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated by KVKK and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK:

- Evaluating farmer and producer applications
- Providing training and support services
- Carrying out communication activities
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Tracking and analyzing website visitor statistics

3. YOUR PERSONAL DATA BEING PROCESSED
The personal data processed by Regenevate includes:
Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish ID number (when legally required)
Contact Information: Phone number, email address, address details
Farm/Business Information: Business name, field of activity, land information, production data
Financial Information: Certification fee payments, bank account details (only for payment transactions)
Visual and Audio Records: Photos and videos taken during the certification process
Website Usage Data: IP address, cookies, visit duration
4. METHODS OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS
Your personal data is collected through electronic or physical means via the following methods:
- Application and contact forms submitted through the website
- Email communications
- Phone conversations
- Field visits and audits
- Social media channels
- Event and organization participation
Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK:
- Explicit provision in laws
- Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract

- Public institutions and organizations to fulfill our legal obligations
- Audit firms for conducting certification processes

- Law firms for legal proceedings
- Information technology service providers for information security processes
6. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF KVKK
As data subjects, when you submit your requests regarding your rights to Regenevate through the methods outlined below, we will conclude your request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
In this context, data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of their personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- Request deletion or destruction of their personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of KVKK,
- Request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of their personal data to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages in case of harm due to unlawful processing of their personal data.
7. EXERCISING DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
You may submit your request to exercise the above-mentioned rights in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the email address you have previously notified to Regenevate and registered in our system, in accordance with Article 13(1) of KVKK No. 6698 and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller No. 30356 dated 10.03.2018.

- Name, surname, and signature if the application is written,
- Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens, nationality, passport number or ID number if available for foreigners,
- Residential or business address for notification,
- Email address, phone and fax number for notification if available,
- Subject of the request.
8. RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary for the purpose for which it was processed and for the minimum retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. After these periods expire, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
