What is Regenevate?

Regenevate is a conformity assesment scheme for regenerative agriculture including social compliance and occupational health and safety criterias in addition to environmental impact.

Regenevate uses a holistic approach to agriculture, farming and soil. The holistic principles behind the dynamic system of regenerative agriculture are meant to restore soil and ecosystem health, address inequity, and leave our land, waters, and climate in better shape for future generations.

Regenevate is combination of the words regenerative and renovate. Regenevate signature secures consumer to be sure that the product has no harm but a curative effect on lands and the product is produced using all applicable approaches of regenerative farming methods, which is the traditional innovation method.

Advantages of Certification

In the context of a world full of misleading claims and greenwashing, consumers want to purchase more consciously and expect companies to be more responsible. Regenevate signature secures consumer to be sure that the product has no harm but a curative effect on lands.

In a world where the agriculture and food industry is globalized, sometimes complying with national laws is not enough to meet the demands of trading partners and consumers. Regenevate is an initiative established to protect and promote regenerative agriculture products to the benefit of consumers worldwide.

Traditional Innovation

“Regenerative agriculture therefore implies more than just sustaining something but rather an active rebuilding or regeneration of existing systems towards full health. It also implies an open-ended process of ongoing improvement and positive transformation. This can encompass the rebuilding or regeneration of soil itself, and of biodiversity more widely; the reduction of toxins and pollutants; the recharging of aquifers; the production of healthier food, clean water and air; the replacement of external inputs; and the enhancement of social capital and ecological knowledge.”
